Goes great with a tall glass of milk and your next time you’re stuck in traffic on the Kessel Run.

½ cup Butter
½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Sugar
1 Egg
¾ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/8 cups Flour
¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Milk Chocolate Chips
½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir in milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Drop Tablespoon sized balls of dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 9 minutes or until light brown.
Makes about 26 cookies.
