HOT COCOA COOKIES
“The last day of Summer and what’s a guy to bake? Well, how about a ‘Welcome Autumn Cookie’ and what says ‘Welcome Autumn’ more than hot chocolate? Puffy and rich with hot chocolate flavor, these cookies help welcome the new season of the year in tasty style. Enjoy!”
¾ cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
2 Eggs
¼ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1¾ cups Flour
1 cup Instant Hot Cocoa Mix
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Mix in the flour, hot cocoa mix, and baking soda.
Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoon size balls of dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
Makes about 42 cookies.
