COWBOY COOKIES
“Made with real Cowboys, these cookies are sure to make you say, ‘Giddy up!'”
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/3 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup M&Ms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
Mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix in the rolled oats and M&Ms.
Drop rounded Tablespoon sized balls of dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the bottoms of the cookies have browned.
Let rest on baking sheets for 5 minutes, before removing.
Makes about 40 cookies.
