CHOCOLATE PUDDING COOKIES

“Soft and tasty, but not too sweet, these cookies convey the delicious flavor of chocolate pudding.  This recipe is a keeper.  Enjoy.”

1 cup Butter

¼ cup Sugar

¾ cup Brown Sugar

2 packages (1.3 ounces each) Cook & Serve Chocolate Pudding Mix

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2¼ cups Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Mix in the packages of chocolate pudding mix.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix in the flour and baking soda.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop tablespoon sized balls of dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets.

Bake for 10 minutes.

 

Makes about 54 cookies.
